Let’s begin your
mental health journey

Welcome, I’m Arden
You don’t have to keep surviving on autopilot.
If you’ve spent years feeling unseen, anxious, or disconnected — even when life looks “fine” on the outside — therapy can be a place to finally exhale.
I work with adults, couples, and families navigating the effects of complex trauma (cPTSD) — the kind that develops slowly over time through experiences of emotional neglect, criticism, inconsistency, or chronic relational stress. These wounds often echo through relationships, shaping how we communicate, connect, and respond to one another.
My Approach
Healing doesn’t mean erasing the past — it means helping your body and relationships remember that safety and connection are possible.
My work is warm, grounded, and collaborative. I use a blend of evidence-based and experiential methods including:
Brainspotting – accessing the body’s innate ability to process trauma and release stored emotion
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) – helping you move toward what matters most, even in the presence of pain
Attachment-Based Therapy – repairing relational wounds and deepening your capacity for trust and connection
Play Therapy – fostering emotional expression, creativity, and integration through symbol and story
For couples and families, I help identify and shift entrenched interactional patterns — the invisible “dance” that often keeps people feeling misunderstood or stuck. Together, we’ll build communication that fosters empathy, secure connection, and emotional safety at home.
Therapy with me is a collaboration — not a set of instructions. I’ll bring clinical guidance and presence; you’ll bring your lived experience and insight. Healing happens in the space we build together.
What to Expect
Whether we’re meeting one-on-one or as a couple or family, therapy offers a structured, compassionate space to make sense of your experiences and how they show up in your relationships today. We’ll explore how your story has shaped the ways you protect, connect, and respond — and how to create new pathways toward safety, honesty, and self-trust.
Our work may include grounding techniques, somatic awareness, values exploration, or relational exercises — all designed to help you reconnect with what matters most: yourself and the people you love.
Ready to Begin?
If you’re uncertain where to start, I offer consultations to talk through your goals and see if we’re a good fit. And if we’re not, I’ll gladly refer you to someone who might be. Reaching out is often the hardest step — and it’s the start of something deeply healing.
Your healing doesn’t have to happen alone.
